We are a youth-focused organization. Three-fifths of Africa's population is under 30 years old.
Entrepreneurship is key. Americans of African descent have the buying power of $1.5 trillion.
What makes us different?
Pan-Africanism
We are a Pan African organization, meaning we believe in the ideology that people of African descent, both on the continent and in the Diaspora, have common interests and should be unified through encouraging and strengthening the bonds of solidarity, in addition to pooling resources to establish economic power for the common good.
Education
Afrocentric education is designed to empower people of African descent with a curriculum in line with our culture and our roots taught through an African lens. We believe that education in its entirety is a stepping stone in helping Pan Africa rise above a significant amount of our challenges.
Entrepreneurship
The Kwanzaa principle, Ujamaa (Cooperative Economics), means to build and maintain our own stores, shops, and other businesses and to profit from them together. We believe in Recycling the Black Dollar and in turn, reinvesting those dollars into others to start their own ventures, pushing Pan Africa forward.

What's a "Think Tank" and why?
Think Tank: an institute, corporation, or group organized to study a particular subject and provide information, ideas, and advice. Our study is Pan Africa. Pan Africa includes people of African descent worldwide. We observed that people of African descent always talk about progressing the state of Africans and the African Diaspora, but that calls for a plan; a plan calls for research. Proper research can’t be done unless an organization is on the ground learning and assessing first-hand.
Our work
Forum: a place, meeting, or medium where ideas and views on a particular issue can be exchanged. We have completed forums in Africa, North America, and South America, with Europe and Oceania in our sights. Our past work includes:
- Giving out education scholarships.
- Funding the building of hygiene facilities at schools.
- Donating books and supplies to community libraries.
- Donating school supplies to primary schools.
- Donating technology to professional youth organizations.
- Supporting entrepreneurship learning courses.
- Giving grants to winners of entrepreneurship contests.
We want to do much more, and we can with your help! We thank you in advance for your donation!
